Well you got the explaination already on MSN... :P A lot of time and try and error to get it to look like this.

Something like this is strange to look because it's so ultra real...very nice work!
Only one critique: the shadow beneath the bottom part of the handle is one solid mass whereas in reality there is a small gradual change from the darkest shade to the main colour of the larger shadow. It needs a bit of transition in that area amd a tiny lead-in at the very base of the cup- otherwise it's really nearly perfect :)
